Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse within 1–2 business days. During peak holiday periods or sales, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always work hard to get your adventure gear out the door as quickly as possible.Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

2. Delivery Estimates 
We partner with Australia Post to get your gear to you safely. You can estimate delivery times using the AusPost delivery calculator by entering 4000 as the “From” postcode.

• Australia Standard: Typically 3–5 business days (longer for regional or remote areas)
• Australia Express: Typically 1–3 business days
• New Zealand: Typically 4-7 business days for metro areas

At peak and holiday periods, shipping times may vary. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value.

Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to you. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or public holidays may impact shipping times. We will do our best to communicate any delays promptly and keep you informed.

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your orders. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by these third-party carriers.

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Australia and New Zealand. We aren’t shipping elsewhere just yet, but we’re exploring options for the future—stay tuned.
