1. Processing Time
All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse within 1–2 business days. During peak holiday periods or sales, dispatch may take a little longer — but we’ll always work hard to get your adventure gear out the door as quickly as possible.Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

We partner with Australia Post to get your gear to you safely. You can estimate delivery times using the AusPost delivery calculator by entering 4000 as the “From” postcode.

- Australia Standard: Typically 3–5 business days (longer for regional or remote areas)
- Australia Express: Typically 1–3 business days
- New Zealand: Typically 4-7 business days for metro areas

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value.

7. International Shipping
At the moment, we only offer shipping within Australia and New Zealand. We aren’t shipping elsewhere just yet, but we’re exploring options for the future—stay tuned.
